Changing the World - One Business at a Time

HR.Com has an article on change management from a Human Resources perspective. I'd love to have your input. Two points she makes are that change is now continuous, but we are still not good at it. My questions are, why aren't we good at it and what would it take to become good at it? Are there technologies that would help? How would YOU work with an organization to help them make continuous and effective change? Is there any relationship between continuous change and the learning organization? I seems to me that if an organization really learns, then continuous change is inherent in that effort.
