Changing the World - One Business at a Time

In my perspective I feel that there are five areas leadership can and must address to ensure that their company can be trusted to be ethical under pressure. Those areas are: the culture, lived values, the structure and design of the organization (including nontangible structures), leadership style, and hiring for character. How does this jibe with your experience?

Except for hiring for character, all of these are created by the boss' leadership. The problem is that very few people understand what leadership is or better, what followers actually follow.
